Drop-in for a free class at The Red Hen for  a hands-on opportunity for you to practice wearing your baby or toddler in the carrier of your choice. The class will be held every first Sunday of the month from noon to 1p.m.  The first session is Sunday, January 4th - with or without your own baby or carrier!

Please join us Tuesday, January 6th for a showing of Orgasmic Birth at University Chiropractic, 4015 University Drive, Durham, NC 919-493-1940.  (Please note this address is different than what is found on Google - it is located in the same plaza as Neo China).  Doors will open at 6pm and the movie will start at 6:30.  This will leave plenty of time after to talk with us about the movie and about our services.

 Orgasmic Birth is a documentary that examines the intimate nature of birth, an everyday miracle, and the powerful role it plays in women’s lives when they are permitted to experience it fully. This documentary asks viewers to reexamine everything they thought they knew about giving birth and the potential it holds.
